it seems today is world vegetarian day and to celebrate, i will be eating a veggie pizza for dinner – thank god they didnt say vegan day – that could’ve been catastrophic. Close call.

Lai’s been on this margarita hunt trying to find the best margaritas in san jose. Her sister Mimi mentioned that Aquis had the best margarita “ever”, a so called industrial margarita. Welp, we gave it a shot, although not the greatest, it was pretty good. The bean dip was pretty damn good though. But then again, i’m mexican so what dish with beans dont i love. 

Anyways, the hunt for best margarita continues…we’re washing down tonight’s experience with a glass of Campo Viejo (red wine).
